The first week of American Idol visited the states New Jersey and Louisiana. As the last post mentioned, we have 2 new judges this season Jennifer Lope and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith.
One of the highlights of the first week was 15-year-old Jacee Badeaux. He sang the Otis Redding classic "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay" in New Orleans. The judges loved him and J-Lo called him "so sweet and so cute."
Another favorite was red haired Crooner Brett Loewenstern from Boca Raton, Florida. He sand the Queen classic "Bohemian Rhapsody. The judges loved it.
Paris Tassin, 23-year old mom with a special needs daughter, brought Jennifer Lopez to tears with her singing. She sang Carrie Underwood's "Temporary Home," saying she chose it "because it has meaning." She really had an amazing voice and I am predicting she will make Top 10. |
